If you thought your summer vacation was going to be a simple walk in the park, think again! Hiking up a mountain is serious business - and with smart planning and careful thought - it is serious fun! Study the mountain trails carefully as you prepare for your expedition. Pack too much food and you’re an easy target for roaming black bears and too slow to dodge dangerous rockslides. Pack too lightly and you’ll be stranded at the river’s edge, or surprised by a sudden turn in the weather. If you have the skill, the strength, and the stamina, you will be the KING OF THE MOUNTAIN!
PRODUCTION HISTORY
There is not much history of this title in the archives. This game was not even listed on the old website, though the game rom was on Intellivision Lives! Most of the mentions of this title are references to Judy Mason being pulled off of it to work on something else. The ROM on Intellivision Lives! had no sound, and also had crash bugs. David Harley of Intelligentvision added sounds and fixed bugs for the 2012 box release, which was later officially released by Blue Sky Rangers.
