Although this game came out for Atari 2600, the Intellivision version was never released. The design of the game is unrelated to the G.I. Joe arcade game released by Konami.

Although the game came out for Atari 2600, the Intellivision version was never released. The packaging for the released Atari version varies from the shown Intellivision mockup. The artwork is different and "as seen in Octopussy" is added under the title.
